Well, amazon took the money the same, and said they cannot help me getting a refund as they have nothing to do woth it. I tried contacting the merchant but the only contact provided is an email address that is not valid. I tried asking my bank for a reverse of the payment and they came back saying amazon refused it. Ah, so the money went to you and not the merchant? They say they cannot help me and offered zero assistance. So I had no ticket and cannot have my money back. This is fraud and amazon pay is a joke and disguasting. Please never use this service. Thieves. Never again.
